This video is a remake of Ophelia's suicide scene in Shakespeare's play Hamlet. As opposed to killing herself, as the play so describes, this video places a "sassy gay friend" in the mix to see what would've been the outcome if Ophelia had one. This video changes the outcome of the play by allowing Ophelia to survive, and adding a little humor to a usually depressing scene. It's also done in modern language, allowing more people to relate to it.
